Today, my day started out with the usual I made my son breakfast because it’s the husband's day off and instead of sleeping in like most people would do he had left to go fishing well before we woke up.
Not too long after we woke up he came home and did the dishes for me, YAY!!! I hate doing dishes. I work from home so I was doing my job plus playing a little online bingo but hey I had the auto dauber selected.
While I was working my friend Yvonne called me needing a ride to the store because her car is in the shop and she had been driving her boyfriends truck but when she got off work Saturday night someone had broken into it and ripped out a lot of wires so she is car less for the time being.
So I said yes of course I’ll take you to the store it’s freezing outside and the wind is fierce... all of the Halloween decorations I had just hung up are all gone I don’t know where they are, I guess my bats and spiders flew away. Well a while later my son and I were in the middle of a cute little movie called The Little Vampire when she called, I had forgot her!!!
So off to the store I went with my friend while she vented because she had to take 2 days off of work to paint a wall, steam clean all the carpets, clean the office, bedroom, fold about 10 loads of laundry, fix some cabinets and so on because all of sudden without much warning the in laws that she’s never met are coming to town on Thursday, yikes!
I got out of there before I was put to work came home and threw together a Pork Roast for dinner and now I’m going to carve our Pumpkins and then later on after the house is quiet I’m going to enjoy a little ‘me time’ at Desperate Housewives Bingo.
